How do I order a book?
You can order your book by selecting the book you’d like from our catalog and completing your purchase. Items in stock ship within 3 business days. Preorder items ship within 3 business days of the posted release date.
Can I order and ship a book internationally?
Yes! However, availability and shipping prices and times may vary from country to country. Send us an email and we can work through it together if needed.
Is there a return policy?
We work hard to pack and ship your books for the voyage. However, we have no control over the handling of these beloved stories once they leave our hands. If your package arrives damaged, send us an email indicating your order number and attach clear photos so we can mourn with you and assess the situation.
We do not offer returns based on dissatisfaction with a book’s content.
Can I cancel an order?
It would break our already damaged hearts but, yes, we can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Simply send us an email requesting cancelation and include your order number. Once an order ships, we cannot unship it so please send your request as soon as possible.
I own a bookstore. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
